Terms of Service

1. Overview

Trusso ("Trusso", "we", "us") provides software that helps self-managing landlords and property managers organize maintenance requests, tenants, vendors, and communications. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Trusso.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Trusso is offered on monthly subscription plans: Starter ($19/mo, up to 3 properties), Growth ($49/mo, up to 20 properties), and Pro ($99/mo, unlimited properties). Subscription fees are billed in advance each month via our payment processor. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you'll retain access until then. We do not prorate partial months.

5. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll review the request.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Trusso to violate any law, infringe rights of others, send unsolicited bulk email, or interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you put into Trusso (properties, tenants, requests, messages). You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers

Trusso is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated triage, drafts, and recommendations are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing them before acting.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trusso's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
