Information we collect
We collect account information (name, email), property and tenant details you add, maintenance requests and messages you create, and standard technical data (IP, browser, timestamps) to operate the service. Payment details are handled by our payment processor — Trusso does not store card numbers.
How we use information
We use your data to provide and improve Trusso, process payments, send transactional emails (request updates, receipts), and, with your input, generate AI-assisted triage and drafts. We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing
Trusso uses AI providers to classify requests, suggest priorities, and draft tenant communications. Content submitted to those providers is sent solely to generate the requested output and is not used to train third-party models.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to run Trusso: cloud hosting, database and auth, email delivery, payment processing, and AI providers. We may disclose information when required by law.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@trusso.io.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us at support@trusso.io to exercise these rights.
Security
We use encryption in transit, role-based access, and audit logging to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
